Policies and Terms
Our clients are always welcome at our
inspections. We simply ask that you arrive at least 45 minutes
prior to the end of the inspection.
If you are unable to attend and wish us to release our finding to someone else we will need your consent. Our duty is to you and you alone.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that the purchase of a new home is a complicated process and that sometimes canceling an appointment is necessary:
- Cancelations with more then 24 hours notice will have no cancelation fee.
- Cancelations with less then 24 hours notice will be charged half (50%) of the original inspection fee.
Refund Policy
Fees for inspections already performed will not be refunded.
At any time during the inspection you feel that the inspection should not continue, the full fee of the inspection is due. However, if you choose Above Grade Home Inspections Inc. to perform your next inspection, we will perform that inspection at a reduced rate.
